Product Manager | Platform ownership across admin, identity, purchasing & distribution | Award-winning Author & Adventure Craver
I'm a product manager whose remit spans multiple squads.
At Genio I own admin, identity, purchasing and distribution — the infrastructure every other squad ships to market through — and I take roadmap and trade-off decisions to the leadership team directly. Before that: a consumer travel platform at 10.8M page views a year, and a global content platform localised into 37 languages.
An adventurous, curious and empathetic product manager with over 13 years of experience. I aim to create engaging and memorable digital and non-digital experiences that are intuitive, human-centered and inspiring. I’m obsessed with being the voice of the customer, understanding their needs, creative problem solving and creating delightful experiences.

Genio (formerly Glean) is an accessibility-first EdTech company. Its note-taking software records and transcribes audio, bookmarking notes, images, and slides to the moment they happened. Used primarily by students with disabilities at UK and US universities, now expanding to all Higher Education students.
I own admin, identity (SSO), purchasing, and distribution across a multi-product platform. Every product Genio launches ships to market through the infrastructure my squad builds.
Took Present, Genio's second product, from alpha to market — built the licence-key, subscription and mix-and-match purchasing infrastructure that unlocked North American sales. The playbook is now launching a third product.
Admin Insights Dashboard, the most-requested admin feature in three years: 43% adoption in 6 weeks against a 10% target
Built SSO from scratch with my squad, then led the self-serve migration of 96+ institutions onto it against a hard IT-mandated cutoff — turning months of projected support workload into an automated flow
Admin NPS from 63 to 81 in a single quarter
Built the squad's research practice from scratch: standing panel of ~30 institutional admins, 20+ interviews, prototype tests with 97 participants
Roadmap outcomes: 30% less time on routine tasks, 20% fewer support tickets, 15% lift in customer satisfaction
Rated "Outstanding Impact" in the most recent review cycle
I build and ship AI products solo, end to end. Eight are live.
